WhatsApp: How to spam a contact efficiently - a tutorial

Hi there! Have you ever wanted to spam a friend with the same message over and over?

Well, maybe you tried typing the message and pressing send each time. Or, if your message is long, pasting the message and then sending.

However, this is not the most efficient way to spam a person with many messages.

Let me introduce it to you.

(I am going to explain the steps I got to the solution first, so if you are lazy and just want the solution, click here).

How did I come up with this?

Well, it was mainly with experimenting.

One day, I wanted to spam the same message to a friend many times. I got tired of typing it over and over. So, I decided to use an autoclicker (I used this app for Android more info).

An autoclicker is useful for short messages, like "hi", but harder to set up for longer ones.

Well, soon I thought of an idea.

Forward the message to the same chat

I figured out that I could select all the messages that I have previously sent, then forwarded them back to the person I am sending to.

For example, let's say I am spamming Tom with "hi". I could type "hi" and send a few times, then select all the "hi"s I have sent so far, then pressing the button to forward them. Then, I select Tom again. This way, I can double the number of total messages sent (i.e. the number of "hi"s he received).

However, one problem is that selecting many messages would be quite time-consuming, so I decided to use my autoclicker to select them. It does not have to perfectly select all, just most of it will do.
But we can do better!

Broadcast Lists

WhatsApp allows users to create broadcast lists. These allow one person to send to many people at one time, and recipients will receive these messages in their PMs, as if the sender sent to everyone individually.
However, for this to work, the recipient and the sender must save each other in their contacts.
We can put this to good use for spamming people.

Final, Most Efficient Method

Let's say you want to spam Tom.
  1. Make sure Tom has saved you in his contacts, and you have saved Tom in your contacts.
  2. Create a broadcast list (homepage of WhatsApp, find three vertical dots in the top right hand corner, press new broadcast). Add Tom, and one of the following: a. your alternate account, b. someone who does not mind being spammed, c. someone who has blocked you, d. someone who has not saved your contact. You will now have a broadcast list with two people.
  3. Create 3 more such broadcast lists. You will now have 4 broadcast lists, all with Tom and another person.
  4. Send Tom, say, 10 messages.
  5. Select those 10 messages.
  6. Click on the forward button to forward them.
  7. Select the chat with Tom, and the four broadcast lists. This will select 5 "contacts".
  8. Forward those 10 messages to those 5 "contacts".
  9. You will see that Tom receives 50 extra messages. This is because 10 messages go in each broadcast list, and 10 is sent to Tom. So, (10*4)+10 = 50. In total, Tom has received 60 messages.
  10. Select all messages so far, and repeat steps 6 to 8.
  11. Keep repeating step 10.
  12. Once there are too many messages to select by hand, you can use an autoclicker to help you. It does not need to be perfect, as it doesn't really matter anyway, and as the number of messages increase, the unselected messages don't matter so much anyway (they are just a fraction of the total).
  13. Wait for Tom to block you.
Thanks for reading this article! Hope you enjoyed it. But please, stop if Tom tells you to, if not you may risk losing your friendship with him...
